In addition to musicians, every band needs a technical crew to present the very best show. First and foremost, we need sound technicians to adjust the mix to flow with the performances, but we also need people to mange lighting and set-up crews so that we are no exhausted at the start of each show and so that problems can be worked on without stopping the show as often as possible. Finding good support personnel is no easy task.
