Hey eeveryone so yea im new to tis site and im a songwriter and i just need to practice my vocals is there any record labels tht would take a look at my songs and if i improved with my vocals.

I don't think it works that way lol .. put yourself out there, solo or with a band. Perform live. Work on your originals. Work hard. Put together a demo. Get your local radio station to help you. You get the drift..
And upload some recordings while you're at it.

Recording companies routinely discard CD's submitted by aspiring artists, without even listening to them; and for good reason . . .

I wanted to get signed, so I just made a post on a website and didn't upload any music or anything, I just told them I was all Über and stuff, and the record company called me and said sure, come on down...

So I went to the office and they offered me lots of up-front cash, some coke, high-class hookers, and a limo with a driver. Wanted me in the studio making my first smash hits right away, and then go tour.

I was just about to reach platinum sales on my record and the fans were all buzzing around me when...

I realized that buzzing was my alarm clock.. Crap, still in my 1BR apartment.
