I'm sure I don't have a clue on most of what you are talking about. Because I live in CA, I'm to blame for the cost of pipe fitting somewhere else? The horror of voting in CA is that I have literally no representation. The open primary system means that I get to choose between a liberal and a liberal. Yep, only Democrats on the ballot. So how, exactly, do I vote for someone to stand against the insane agenda here? I'm glad the electoral college exists. CA does not allocate electoral college votes per district, it is winner take all. Again, no votes representing me at the end. I'm sure, if by some means, a conservative won CA electoral votes, they would be scrambling to change it to per region or district. You think it is expensive catering to CA, and I sympathize, but try doing business here if you want to talk about expensive.
