Once everyone accepts that we should "never allow any madman to get that far out of control", the next step is to identify the different kinds of madmen, and the specific steps needed to control each different kind. Once everyone agrees on a strategy, controlling the madmen, all that's left is determining the tactics that will work. There's no need to keep rehashing the strategic premise over and over and over, or nitpick on the fact that all of the different kinds of madmen men need to be controlled. We all get that. Repeating it doesn't change anything and doesn't move anything forward.

So what are your specific, tactical approaches to how to effectively control all the different kinds of madmen? What are the different kinds of madmen? Or do you not have any specific ideas, and just want to keep ranting against madmen in general?

I can not take exception to Madmen being as common in the past but if they were or were not ... Madmen today have much more destructive power at their fingertips I believe.
