I've recently posted a recording of a simple song I'm working on over at the collab site... (link below)...just an idea really...

and I've come to the realization that I would like some sort of "rap" vocal over the piece.
Haven't had much luck looking for that genre of artist over at musicians collaboration... so I thought I'd appeal over here.

It requires registering. Which I did, and then says I have to wait for the admin to approve????

I know someone who would probably work but he lives here in Detroit. Ten years ago I was hosting an open mic and this guy named Todd came in and rapped. A light came on and I formed a band with him that did hard rock/rap. We recorded a CD and gigged for a year but he wanted to do pure hip-hop; he was always asking me "why do you have to play all those leads?" Well, duh, that's what I do. But I will post a song from that CD on my player. Look for "Two Minute Warning". It's hard to believe that was ten years ago already. edit: I had room for a second song "Gimme Sugar".

yeah, they do that so they can make sure they can sue you if you post nirvanas "bleach" and say it's your own.
