I suggest calling before writing them. The can at least give you general explanation of any concerns you may have. Your points are valid, but more than likely they just use these chatrooms as a courtesy to both members and non members.

Its starting to look like a playground with broken up swings and slides. Bots are sending these messages across the web so others have to notice the downslide. Its good to see someone cares about what's going on and is willing to make an effort to change things.

They're dealing with musicians. The flakiest people I have ever known have all been musicians, and I have worked with a lot of them.... when and if they showed up. You could say that the pros that have made it big are different to a degree, but history shows them to be pretty much the same. I think it goes with the creative territory.

Working musicians don't visit sites like this to find other players, they're all set. Some will come to the forums just to pass some time, ask a question or two, chat things up with other musicians.

People looking for a band or players for their band will use this place like any other - check to see if there's anyone, then move on.

Check out the forums at ultimate guitar if you want to see total mayhem and what 'this place could become' (that's a joke).

Someone is posting stuff that causes my computer to freeze when I access this forum. I end up having to power my computer down and reboot it to solve the problem. Please report the 'MyWillie' posts on the threads that do this. Same thing happened to me a couple of times when he was posting bad scripts (not just the long posts of photos). Admin seems to have deleted those posts, but not his account.
