If a rock band were to put out an album with no duds or fillers would it sell and would you buy it

I buy albums when I like just a couple of songs on them. But the majority of the USA these days don't buy ANY albums except from their top 2 or 3 favorite artists, they just stream everything else.

I could name hundreds of albums like this. I own them on cd. It's not a freak occurrence. track order on the other hand....
