Announcing the release of my 4th album of original songs, ‘Fact and Fiction’. All the songs are ‘story’ songs – some factual, some fictional, some a little bit of both. The songs range from acoustic ballads to hard rocking guitar psychedelia – a little something for everyone.
I’ll be playing at a CD Release Party on Saturday Dec 10 at The Hearing Room, 119 Chelmsford Street (route 110), Lowell, MA 01852 from 8-10pm. $5 suggested donation at the door to support The Hearing Room, CDs will be available for $10 each (cash only).

If you can’t make it to the Release Party, you can buy CDs or downloads at Bandcamp:

If I was making music to become rich, or even to make a living, I'd be out on the streets already! But thanks.

If you're into sportscar racing you'll recognize the name 'Dan Binks', he's the featured interview on the Dinner with Racers podcast, and they feature the opening song from my album at the end of the 'cast:

Small turn out, but not unexpected
What's a contract?
Women always have their way with me, unfortunately, the opposite cannot be said.
Indoors - it was under 20F last night around here!
I'll post some videos when I get them processed.

Congrats on getting it done Mike!
Just curious did you write the songs first and then decide the concept or the other way around...

I couldn't help but notice...
Whoever did that cover shot for you left something (looks like copy/paste) floating near the top in the image.
You should go DT on em and Fire Em!

Jahva- that was me doing the photoshop work, can't fire myself! The background picture is a bookstore in China that uses mirrors to give the image of shelves all around, but in the top center area they have a zig-zag black strip which I didn't like.
I had 4 (or 5) songs recorded from last year when I was working on CD #3 that I realized were all 'story songs', and as I knew I couldn't fit all the songs on that CD< made the album theme decision then.

First video (3 songs) from last night:

Second video (edited a bit, last song cuts off mid-song):

Mike I hope you don't take this wrong.. jmo.
The live performance though rough in a few spots come through really well to me vs the studio versions.
I think I prefer to just hear you and the guitar... at least on these few on the videos.
Singer songwriter kind of tunes that don't need anything but you and the guitar. Especially open all night. the NY tune was pretty cool... cold weather F'ing with your tuning though... :P
Again just my opinion...
Again Congrats on completing it wish you success with it.
