Addendum...

The Red Hot Chili Peps...got tickets from some radio contest. I was expecting a buncha rap & wierd stuff, but they really surprized me with some great music...and the ENERGY on that stage was awesomely inspiring

Ive seen a few shows in my day but by far the most talented, entertaining and jaw dropping performance ive seen has to be Ricky Skaggs with Kentucky Thunder. Sharp, fast, agressive, accurate. The kind of stuff that makes the hair raise on the back of your neck.......................if its red that is.

Yep, I saw him a couple of years ago. Precision musicianship.

seen a lot of good ones

Flogging Molly I would have to say IMO is the best out there now. They do Irish punk rock. Put on a hell of a show, seen them about 5 times now and they never cease to impress me.

Also notables are BB King, Tom Petty, Toots and the Maytals (reggae), Mushroomhead (Metal) Jack Johnson and The Wailers.

Was at the Crossroads guitar festival last year, too many great moments to mention. Saw Buddy Guy opening night at his club. Little Feat is great in concert but one of the best shows of all was Brian Setzer and his big band, that guy puts it all into his show.
