Really, I WANTED to read that whole essay but the above was as far as i was able to go w/o laughing at the IRONY of you going on about "ramping it up" and "making ridiculous statements".

Really, Vamp...i get the the whole "vampires and mirrors" bit, but i sometimes have to wonder if you've EVER looked in a mirror!

trust me, my ego (not unlike your's and others here) is a thing quite solid and substantial.

to-may-to/to-mah-to .....i prefer to think of it less as "ego", and more as possessing the backbone to speak our mind, and having the confidence and conviction stand up for what we believe is right and true.

OK ... I can accept that. Have you thought what we would be sparring about if there was no "Election" ? We already kind of worked out the music thing and very well I feel. I find it exciting to wait and see what the nature of this Forum will be once the "Election" happens ... if it does. What will we all be saying ? This includes myself by the way because none of us really knows the outcome. And at this point all of our projections are as relevant as the others. But after what will we be saying ... we may be agreeing much more then than now.

Without an Ego none of us could call ourselves a Musician. All things considering we all get on not that bad. I find this heartening but not heart warming. Take Care and keep it up ... annoyances and all. Without you this Forum would be lacking.

I HAVE studied the HARP program Ted. When the bottom fell out of the housing market, many people lost most if not all of their equity. If they tried to refinance their mortgage they couldn't. The HARP program relaxed the rules and allowed millions of people to refinance. This in turn allowed people to spend money on other things, thus fueling the economic recovery.

In other words, HARP has opened the same gates that let the mortgage industry take the country down in 2008. Again the Democrats are doing everything they can to destroy our economy (like Barney Frank & Chris Dodd did with Bill Clinton's banking regulation)....and when they do it again, they will blame Republicans who are awash in bribe money also.

If you consider it an attack, that is an admission of guilt because clearly I laid out options whereby you "could be" innocent. There was plenty of room for benefit of doubt, and I hoped you would clear that up. Now you have.
