Indy Anny want's me, lawd I can't go back there.

If you're old and wise enough to remember that lyric, then I'll give ya a listen. :P

Actually , my wise and wonderful wife, (who is the true computer geek in our house) is still sleeping ,so I can't blast any audio yet. (I don't have headphones handy). Also......she has warned me about opening shady lookin' files. I'll sit the listening out until some other BandMix brother or sister with more computer savvy assures me it's cool. O'l Howlin's getting a bit paranoid in his old age.

Seriously Indiana,

If you want to make your profile work, at least for its intended purpose of procuring people with whom to engage in a musical project, Then, in my opinion, it does need a major overhaul.

1) Get some decent audio up on your profile's MP3 player were it belongs. to do this, load the free software Audacity and LAME and you can convert your analog musical input ( cassette , vinyl, direct from mixer or synthesizer, etc) to the MP3 format. Follow the directions.

2) Emphasise your strong points, rather then your week ones.

3) A decent lookin "mug shot" on your avatar can't hurt. (try to get a better one then mine)

4) Find a better "screen name"

5) Don't get discouraged! BandMix don't come with a guarantee that your musicien hunt will be successful but It can work if you are patient and you learn how to use it right, even with a free (poor-mans / cheap-skate) membership like I have.

6) Welcome to the forum.
