Ted, he has been the leader of the New Black Panther Party in Houston for at least 10 years. He and Matt Patrick radio host have a segment on the local news called "Face Off" they represent the liberal and conservative views. This is the first time I have seen Quannell and Matt actually agree! Pigs are flying and hell hath frozen over LOL!
