Man overboard! We had a quitter yesterday. Hard to care at this point.

Guitar guy. Packed up his stuff 20 minutes into rehearsal and and said he was tired of the "3 hour blues jam". No warning. Just split. Whatever man.

It's cool. Just dreading talking to him again. He made sure to leave the door open while burning down the bridge and not wanting to work things out yesterday. Passive aggressive is not a type I mix well with.

Sometimes I Wonder if my rotor cuff tear will ever heal without procuring surgery? it does not seem to be healing, and it fluctuates at different pain levels accordingly.. one day it's somewhat losse and I can lift my left arm fairly high, and then the next day, it is stoved up badly, and can barely raise it and with more pain.. than previously

shcmed, will it be hard to find a replacement? or do you think the quitter is just wanting you guys to appease him, cause he possibly thinks his talent is far and beyond you guys? I have run into situations like that.. usually it is best to appease him/her and bite the bullet and get back to rehearsals.. promise hime a more fatter piece of the pie? :)

He sent me a text that he had worked on some ideas and posted them on soundcloud for me to listen to. I don't know if I'll even talk to him again. He came to my practice space and set up and we started playing. Then he stopped playing, packed up and said it wasn't working for him. That's what we've been doing for months. Not working. The drummer we're playing with is his coworker and it gets a little awkward, but I don't think this will work.
I'm trying to get my high school bud to come play with us. He's out of our league in the talent department. Been playing in a cover band on Fremont st in Vegas for over a decade.
