The County Line Brothers are an Acoustic Duo who play a wide variety of Pop, Rock, Country, and Classic Standards. We have been performing 1-2 times per month, with good success. (i.e. we have always been invited back to play again). Our goal is to entertain a wide variety of people, with a wide variety of music. We practice every Saturday in Sugar Grove and we are usually done by noon.
We are currently looking for a Drummer or an "Acoustic / Hand Percussionist". (an Electric Drum kit is cool, too).
Part of our success is that we require a small amount of space to play, and we manage our volume. So in a restaurant setting, patrons can still have a conversation. We also play some outdoor events which will allow you to turn it up a bit. We are looking for a drummer who is interested in using any instruments necessary to serve the song. We are NOT looking for a guitarist or bassist, etc. who "can play some" drums.
We are family men, in our late 40's so family comes first however, we find a balance between taking our music efforts serious, while keeping it fun. If you're a drummer interested in doing a lot of different things (play a variety of percussion instruments) this is the gig for you. We are open to any and all ideas.
