Don't know if you can find a better endorsement for Cruz than this one:

Boehner: Cruz is 'Lucifer in the flesh'
The former House speaker also says that he would vote for Trump, and called the two of them 'texting buddies.'
By NICK GASS 04/28/16

When it comes to Texas Sen. Ted Cruz, even a few months’ time out of Congress has done little to lessen former Speaker John Boehner’s contempt for his former Capitol Hill colleague.

“Lucifer in the flesh,” Boehner told an audience at Stanford on Wednesday night, according to the Stanford Daily. “I have Democrat friends and Republican friends. I get along with almost everyone, but I have never worked with a more miserable son of a bitch in my life.”

In fact, Wednesday night was not the first occasion that Boehner has compared Cruz to “Lucifer,” using the epithet last month during a question-and-answer session with reporters at the Futures Industry Association conference in Boca Raton, Florida.

As far as Donald Trump goes, Boehner remarked that he had golfed with Trump for years and that the two are “texting buddies.

A vote for Trump is a vote for Boehner and his RINO ilk.

Just saying....

I'm going to keep disagreeing with you on this same as always. You've never been insulting about it so that's cool with me.

Yes Trump is still an outsider. Cruz is the one that's not. He worked for Bush a few years ago, hired a Bush not long ago, and caved in to the establishment not long ago when his campaign morphed from Elect Ted to Stop Trump. The bad moves he's made the past couple of days have been hail mary passes in a desperate attempt to deflect attention away from the fact that he got seriously trounced in 5 states Tuesday. The ill advised "collusion" with Kasich, then bringing in Carly Fiorina were both bad ideas. She's disliked almost as much as Cruz is, had a bad record as a CEO, lied about being a political outsider. She worked for McCain around 10 years ago, then had a position in the Republican finance committee, ran for the Senate and got trounced...that's not a political outsider. She's been up to her eyeballs in politics for at least 10 years. By the way Bernie Sanders is no outsider either, he's been a senator for 25 years, maybe more, I can't remember. He's been right there all those years, why haven't we seen him fighting against them until the past 8 or 9 months?

Trump has never held or even run for office. That's an outsider. He hit the ground calling the career politicians out for being incompetent and corrupt, which is why he's hated by Democrats, Republicans and the press. And has still come out ahead even though he has them all doing everything they can think of to bring him down.

So has Cruz ever built a 50 story building? Or anything at all? Any politician for that matter...
Has any of them ever had to coordinate conctrete, steel work, wiring, plumbing, flooring, tools and supplies and so forth for a project of that scope?
Has any of them ever had to meet payroll for 1000 to 1500 people or more week after week for 3 to 5 years to the end of a project?

And here's the best one, has any of them ever finished anything ahead of schedule and below budget? Trump's been doing it for 30 years.

The people of this country have spoken. We want a true leader, with a backbone and some economic sense, who is willing to fix what no politician will fix, because they are the ones who broke it. No I don't like everything Trump says, can't think of a time I ever did like everything any politician said. Mostly I haven't liked any of them at all for the past 30 years. I have no use for Democrats or Republicans, both have played their part in getting us where we are now, and they won't get us out of it. They don't want to, they only want to protect their gravy train, their money and power. Trump is a true leader, with a backbone, and has not only rocked the boat, he flipped it over and threw the paddles away. I can't wait till he goes toe to toe with Hillary...Cruz and Kasich are done. They just won't admit it yet. She's next to fall.

I was originally a Cruz fan as well, until he caved in to the Washington elites he pretends to be against. Never liked Carly at all to begin with, she has a surly look on her face most of the time that reminds me of a friend's pissed off ex wife. Her voice is almost as irritating as Hillary, and she's probably almost as good at lying. So Cruz did himself no favors this week. He's desperately trying to deflect attention away from his serious losses.

Cruz won't get us out of the mess we're in, nor will Hillary, they helped get us into it. No politician will. Trump is exactly what I've wanted to see for 20 to 30 years. Can't be bought, not a career politician, has the backbone to stand up to the status quo, speaks his mind, has more economic sense than any politician... I never dreamed it would be Donald Trump but I'll take it.

But I don't want him hanging a Trump sign on the white house... :D

trump is a chameleon. Better than a demoncrap? What wouldn't be better? All politicians are liars and they will say to whomever it benefits them whatever they wish to hear at the moment. .Only the fantail is still above water, the focsle has been underwater for some time now. This election only determines how fast the whole ship will sink to the bottom.

I can't tell if you are being sarcastic or not Slacker? I feel Trump is a decent balance between conservatism with liberalism, we sure don't need Lucifer in The Flesh as president.. his own kind calling him a hard to work with son-of-a-bitch ought to catch everybody's attention..he (Lucifer In The Flesh) wanted to shut down government.. we don't need an idiot like that do we?

After 8 years of pure bull.. All I can think about is the song from CADDY SHACK , I'm alright, don't you just worry 'bout me.

I am not concerned with anyone taking over the presidential job. I love Ted Cruz and his strong constitutional stand.
I don't like hillary, and I don't want to be burned anymore.

4 years of TRUMP... I can risk that. He is a person that MAY be able to bridge the gap of all the laws and political philosophies that are destroying our nation.

You all missed the obvious point of the article. Boehner was the apex of Washington politics and corruption. He was the GOP sellout that gave Obama whatever he wanted.

And he loves Trump and, like every other politician in DC, he hates Cruz. That is a ringing endorsement if I ever heard one. All you guys used to say the same thing about Trump, but he's getting all the "insider" endorsements now and you haven't changed your tune.

I think you Trumpies are blinded by your own imagination. You've bought an image of your own making. Cruz is exactly what I think he is....a sleazy politician. But he's still the most reliable and predictable of the sleazy people running, especially if you go by their past record. Trump is still a Democrat running on the GOP ticket...which makes him a RINO just like Boehner. You're naive if you think he's a conservative in any way.

I wanted the anti-Boehner.

I agree. I watched a video of his speech from DC a couple of days ago on his take on foreign policy. I like what I heard. Screw global alliance and putting other nation's wants and needs ahead of our own. We take care of our own backyard FIRST. Try to make strong alliances w/ countries on OUR terms. They don't agree?? Walk away. No more pandering to enemies of our country. Common sense??? Duh!!!

Are words really enough for ya?

The only country that has no alliances, trade pacts, or infringements on their sovereignty is North Korea.

Trump will not make deals for the USA, he'll make deals for Trump. He has had decades to show his intent and is no different than every other corporation or politician out there, dealing with China for the discounts.

Jook,

we are tracking in synch.

My point is that O said a bunch of things when he was campaigning in 2008 that I could agree with on a surface level...but I knew he meant something else. Didn't seem to matter to those who were under his mesmerizing power. They still won't admit that it was all a huge pile of lies.

Trump hasn't shown any inclination to be a conservative his entire life, yet there are a LOT of people who don't seem to care that his words contradict his past actions.

Ted, I could call you an untalented, wife beating, pig hating, ugly, stupid, pee in your pants kind of guy...

Laughing...That would be so far from reality. I know what a great person you are.

I trust Boehner and any thing he says as much as I trust a muslim terrorist with a 747.

Boehner is just a representative of the American commie republican party. jeezeee , where the heck is McCarthy when you need him.
