Just for clarification, the Bible does not "modernize" scripture to mirror the changes of a society. Neither does the Quran make adjustments for social changes. Why speak in ignorance? When men leave the decrees of God and "modernize" a "sin" by nullifying it and saying it is no longer sin because it has been accepted by a more modern liberated society that is called "falling away".

God does not change and adapt to todays society. Neither does he accept the modifications of scripture by foolish "men of god" who change them to tickle the ears of the people. Such as these are leading their flock right into hell and damnation. Reinterpreting scripture and keeping it relevant to current day times is pretty much telling God that He does not know what he is talking about. God requires society to change and leave the corruption and turn to him.

God has not changed concerning same sex perversion, adultery, fornication, theft, or any other statute simply because those things have become acceptable by an increasingly ungodly society. Once God has defined something as sin it remains sin for all time. Only society has accepted sin as adjusting to modern times.

True, the church for the most part has undergone what some may view as an openness to modernization, but God views that as corruption and apostasy. A modernized believer is not a believer. So a Christian not following the bible is not a Christian. And a Muslim not following the Quran is not a Muslim. If you do not follow your gods rules you do not belong to him.
