The police chief is attempting to ban everything that looks like a gun. Any kid or adult found carrying a cap gun, BB gun, Squirt gun that could be mistaken for a real gun (including guns with the bright orange tip they are already required to have) will get a fine. Or taken to jail? So adults can carry a real gun, but not a squirt gun since they do not have a permit to carry one..

Do not be alarmed officer, this is NOT a BB gun or squirt gun it is a real gun, locked and loaded. ............. OK citizen, move along..

The city mayor said that is unfair to kids since they can not get a permit to carry a squirt gun or BB gun. I suggested that children should get permits after rigorous background checks. The FBI should background check all kids for any affiliation with ISIS. Children that have had detention in class over two times should be denied those permits until they prove that they have been rehabilitated. That way kids could keep their cap guns, squirt guns and BB guns.

Government protecting us from ourselves. Taking liberty from all because of a few..

Sorry you have that wrong. It is no longer government protecting us, it is government using that as a control method to stop us from being ourselves. Very FUBAR!

What a pu**y. A nazi pu**y, the worst kind.

When I was a child, lo those many years ago, i set out on my bike with a wonderful squirt gun shaped like a Tommy gun. I squirted some people in cars.

The cops grabbed me and took me back to the house where my old man sorted me out good and proper.

Now days? They'd just have shot me.

I had one of those! Except it was a semi auto. You had to keep pulling the trigger. It was GREAT! It held so much more ammo than your average squirt pistol. I filled it up at the hose and I could shoot for hours compared to the other kids.

Boy did we have fun with those TOYS.

Unfortunately I missed the real fun stuff like SUPER SOAKER that came out a few years later... Oh well.
