Grandchildren have everything to do with legacies. That is why America has survived so long.
You want a country that accepts all people. America already does that... You want French immigration laws... A nation without borders. ( THEY ARE NOT TO HAPPY WITH THAT)

You want a country that cares about planet earth... You are fortunate, you belong to a country that has so many blessings in brilliant people that have done more to protect our planet than any other country in the world.

You also want women to be in control of their own bodies. Everyone agrees that CHOICE is the bottom line. GOD will understand any women that wants to kill her unborn baby. Our laws allow that choice. Our morals pass the right or wrong back on to the individual...
Let me equate it in a way that changes the equation. A woman uses abortion as a form of birth control, for her pleasure... BUT WE WANT EVERY ONE TO PAY WITH TAX PAYER DOLLARS.
I like to go flying... It's my pleasure... It gets me closer to GOD and helps me control my body by the focus needed...

My point is If you had Grandchildren you would be concerned about their future and the state of the country we are leaving them. I want to leave my grandkids a FREE country. One they are free to defend themselves not having to depend on a government that only views them as a number! I also want to leave one that is energy independent, a country that responsibly consumes fossil fuels but also RESPONSIBLY seeks development of renewable energies. A country that is reasonable and represents the majority and minorities not preferring one over the other! A country that doesn't force it's will on we the people but represents us! A country that stimulates growth while being fiscally responsible!
Let's face it our time left on this earth is short if you had grandkids you would IMO have a slightly different view. I don't believe you are a bad person and believe it or not I consider you all you guys left or right my bandmix buddies!
