I learned in the army that superiors who are stupid will get you killed. The answer is to blow them off. Politely if possible, with a grenade if necessary.

That is why many 'lifers' hate war so much - it screws up their little kingdoms and they have to deal with mean violent people. The horror!

With America's leaders I neither respect the office nor the individuals since I've had no reason to in my lifetime.
