Already you have gained so many good suggestions from other friends. So I don't want to repeat anything more. Just want to say that as you are going with your family don't forget to book a private vehicle from airport through Transport Agency like "Dtourscancun". By this not only you reduce the tension for taxi but also you may save enough time on your trip.

haven't booked it yet, but alrady got that worked out. It's cheaper to get a private pickup (both ways) than a taxi!
