The pre-chorus seems long, and being almost the smae structure as the verse (short line/long line/short line/long line), it's more of a verse extension. A true pre-chorus should lead up to the chorus better.

For song (creation) feedback, I find the forums at musesmuse.com to be very good. Of course I don't always agree with some of the comments, but the focus in the feedback sections of the forum is very good when in the early stages of song construction.
