Hi! -- We're looking for a talented BASSIST to make up the last part of a strong 3-piece line up for our new heavy rock band Zedi Forder. (Guitar, Bassist & Drummer come lead vocals). Made by members of local heavy acts Tricore & An Entire Legion. We're looking for a strong player with great flow and a quality sound. MALE or FEMALE. Ideally early twenties to early thirties age range.
We need someone whose at ease with a little bit of complexity as much as jamming simpler grooves, learns quickly and has a decent live-worthy Bass & amp etc. Though our music is dissimilar, bass playing wise, we love bands like Primus, RHCP.
We're looking for another ambitious person who's eager to work towards finding opportunities to build a fan base. With an aim to eventually tour, with or without label support. Somebody who wants to achieve more than the regular 9-5.
The band is currently tuned to drop A so need a 5 (or more stringer) or a 4-string that you're willing to have set up for stable tuning.
We currently rehearse in Woking, Surrey but it is possible for us to rehearse nearer the city if called for.
