Last night was the 10th open mic I've hosted since June at the new Nashua club. Had 12 sign-ups, although 2 left before their time slot (we go in order of sign up - if you show up late, you go on late!)
One more scheduled OM in 2 weeks. The club is tyring out a new host next week, but from the bartender/managers questions last night, he doesn't have the gear (will be using the club's). I hadn't heard the guy's name before, so no idea if he has any kind of following to bring people in. I guess the electric open jam last week wasn't successful enough $$$-wise to repeat. Tough deal getting a new place up and running these days.
