Nothing wrong with admiring another country or even moving there (which much-desired skills would you offer? Hmmm...). Myself, I love this country, its laws and about half of the people.

Norway would like me a lot because I have cash in the bank and can pay my own way. It is not one of my ideal places to live though because it is fookin' freezin' about 8 months of the year. I have a friend who has been living there for 5 years and she loves it. She specializes in business to business marketing and can always find work.

Simple solution. ANCHOR BABY can stay. Jimmy can pay to raise the infant. As an ilegal alien, YOU GO... OR... You can take your baby with you and your baby can come back as an American citizen at the age of adulthood.
Meanwhile as a parent you should apply for citizenship the same way all the other legal aliens follow the law.

They have the highest standard of living in the world, which is why they don't allow foreigners....or is it maybe because they don't?

Neither does the 14th amendment say anywhere that anyone entering the United States illegally and giving birth in the united states has an "American Citizen" baby.. Neither does the constitution say anywhere anything about the child born on US soil, birthed by an illegal alien, automatically becomes a citizen. Neither is there any single Supreme court decision concerning the status of illegal alien children being born in the USA.

Simply stated, the14th amendment has been bastardized by corrupt politicians. Nothing else in our bylaws say anything other than the child of an illegal alien.is a citizen of the citizenship of the birth mother. Nowhere does that child get a single privileges of a citizen and neither does the birth mother. They are supposed to be deported as the illegal aliens that they are. All this "lottery baby" anchor Baby crap is through the people elected to serve America people doing just the opposite. All this baby rights crap lie come from politicians bastardizing the bylaws of the United States Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
