ISIS supporter defeats 40,000 enemy troops through military budget cuts. ISIS sees this as a great victory in defeating enemy forces and enabling the advance of Islam. ISIS fighters give praise to Allah for giving them obama to assisting them in their war against the the great Satan.

The US Army plans to cut 40,000 soldiers from its ranks over the next two years to save money at home and abroad, a US defence official said on Tuesday.
An estimated 17,000 civilians working for the Army will also be laid off.
USA Today quoted a document it had obtained and said the cuts are being made to save money.
The defense official said the Army plans to announce the cuts soon. USA Today said it would be this week.
The cutbacks will affect virtually every Army post at home and abroad.
Under the plan the Army will have 450,000 soldiers at the end of the 2017 budget year, down from 490,000, its smallest number since before the United States entered World War Two.
It added that in 2013 the Army argued in budgetary documents that going below 450,000 troops might mean it could not win a war.
By comparison, the Army swelled to 570,000 men and women during the peak of fighting in Iraq and Afghanistan, the paper said.
Across-the-board government budget cuts are due to kick in in October and if Congress does not avert these the Army will have to lay off another 30,000 soldiers on top of the 40,000, according to the document quoted by USA Today.
The troop reductions were initially announced in February 2014 when then-defense Secretary Chuck Hagel unveiled the Pentagon's budget for the 2015 fiscal year. The figures were also included in the Pentagon's four-year planning document, the Quadrennial Defense Review 2014.
Defense officials confirmed on Tuesday the Army was moving ahead with the plan to reduce uniformed and civilian personnel and was expected to announce details on Thursday about which units would be affected by the cuts.
The personnel cuts come as the Pentagon is attempting to absorb nearly $1 trillion in reductions to planned defense spending over a decade.

In Cairo, Egypt, authorities have arrested 13 Muslim Brotherhood members on suspicion of planting bombs around the Suez Canal in hopes of disrupting shipping through the major water route between Europe and Asia, sources said on Monday.
The source also noted that one of the 13 members was an employee of the Suez Canal Authority.
Conservative Tribune readers will recall that a delegation of the Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood met with President Barack Obama’s State Department in late January to report on the group’s progress toward overthrowing Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah el-Sissi.
Egypt had been planning a major event to launch the opening of an expanded canal on August 6. The canal earned $5.5 billion for Egypt last year and the new canal’s opening was expected to more than double the waterway’s earnings over the next decade.
Unfortunately, the Muslim Brotherhood had other plans, as the bombs set around the new canal were meant to disrupt the relaunch. A retired Egyptian military official stated that there were still many weapons and explosives held by Muslim Brotherhood cells in Egypt.
According to the official, much of the Muslim Brotherhood’s leadership was still in place in Egypt and the Deputy Supreme Guide, Mahmoud Ezzat, was still wanted for arrest (H/T Breitbart).
Egypt has enlisted the help of Interpol to arrest him but his whereabouts are still unknown. The official stated that Ezzat was “probably still controlling the attacks from another location and giving orders to the medium leadership of the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt.”

There he goes again.
President Obama came away from a Pentagon briefing Monday basically admitting that he has failed to stop ISIS, but promising that we will still somehow magically defeat the increasingly global terrorist caliphate.
And by the way, ISIS remains neither Islamic nor a state.
Obama's discussions and promises about ISIS -- which he stubbornly refers to as ISIL, in a slap at Israel -- have never been infused with a strong helping of reality.
So to hear him admit that ISIS and its ideology "pose a grave threat beyond the region" of Iraq and Syria is some sort of progress.
Don't come away with the impression that he is suddenly telling the truth, however. Obama pointed to recent losses by ISIS as proof that ... well, it really only proves that the caliphate's troops can bleed like regular people, but the president was trying to make some sort of point about what a tough guy he really is. I just kind of zone out whenever he starts talking to the mirror.
But apparently, according to His Majesty, we're going to defeat ISIS because we have Gandalf and Superman on our side or something. But he also said that it's going to be a "long-term campaign" and a "generational struggle."
There's really still no plan there, as those phrases suggest. Obama apparently just expects to keep dropping bombs randomly and claiming victory until he can hand off the whole mess to the next president.
With any luck, that will be a president who actually wants to defeat ISIS.
Obama's attitude toward ISIS is sort of like Dr. Frankenstein's attitude toward his monster.
And why wouldn't it be? Obama did more than any human being to create the first caliphate in nine decades. He has a proprietary interest.
His entire foreign policy in North Africa and the Middle East has been designed to coddle the Muslim Brotherhood and encourage its bastard offshoots like ISIS and al-Qaida to overthrow established governments that don't endorse the fundamentalist Islamist worldview.
Combining tough talk and a do-nothing bombing campaign, Obama has created the perfect environment for terrorist longevity and recruitment.
