SICK: Look How Much YOU Just Spent on Michelle’s Luxury Hotel for Her Tour of Italy

http://conservativetribune.com/michelle ... tel-italy/

Not that we should be surprised that First Lady Michelle Obama is taking yet another luxury vacation on the taxpayers’ dime, but she is — this time a whirlwind tour of cultural sites in Venice, Italy, on the last leg of her latest trip.

Obama will be headed to Italy to represent her “Let Girls Learn” initiative as well as her “Let’s Move!” anti-obesity, healthy eating campaign during Milan Expo 2015, a type of world fair, with this year’s theme being, “Feeding the Planet, Energy for Life.”

After the first lady is finished representing America and her healthy-eating initiatives during the expo, she’s set to do a little sight-seeing, racking up hotel costs of $128, 781 — completely funded by you, the American taxpayer.

While in Italy, she’ll meet with U.S. service members serving in Italy and will also get some time with Prince Harry before she begins her visitation of Italy’s cultural sites.

Even though Obama has publicly whined about how rare it is that she’s able to travel outside of the United States, when she does, she spares no expense. During a trip to China with her daughters, her mother and over 70 White House staff, she dropped $8,400 per night on her own hotel room.

The Obamas spent so much taxpayer money on lavish vacations that they’ve caused Rep. Trey Gowdy, R-S.C., to call for defunding their vacations, asking that they consider paying their own way.

A Newsmax report last year reported that the Obama’s have spent a staggering $15.9 million on trips using Air Force One.

According to the Washington Free Beacon, during her Italian adventure, “the first lady will lead a presidential delegation to the Milan Expo 2015, representing our steadfast commitment to a healthier nation.”

The delegation has been named, “American Food 2.0: United to Feed the Planet” — whatever that means.

Hopefully, while she’s abroad and staying in one of the most lavish hotels in the world, she’ll take the time to write American taxpayers a nice “thank you” note for their support. It’s the least she can do, right?

I will comment about the infamous Leona Helmsley quote, "only the little people pay taxes" so I doubt if it effects many.. :?
