TREASON: Look What Obama Just Did for Osama Bin Laden’s Bodyguards

Barack Obama treats Guantanamo Bay prisoners much like Oprah Winfrey treats Pontiac sedans.
It seems that, from recent news reports, our president basically goes around to random Middle East satrapies and exclaims, “You get a terrorist! And you get a terrorist! And you…”
The latest ill-advised Gitmo release from the Obama administration includes six Yemeni detainees including — wait for it — three of Osama bin Laden’s bodyguards.
And, according to the U.K. Daily Mail, all six suspects were released even though they were classified as “high risk.” Nice work!
Meanwhile, a man cleared for release by former President George W. Bush back in 2007 continues to rot in Guantanamo Bay, I’m guessing because we’d have to return him to the United Kingdom and not an oil-rich despotism that’s been covertly sponsoring terrorism with state dollars like every other country that gets Gitmo releasees.
In this case, the detainees were sent to Oman, a Gulf state which certainly fulfills most of those requirements.
The three bodyguards are identified as Emad Abdullah Hassan, Idris Ahmad ‘Abd Al Qadir Idris and Jalal Salam Awad Awad, according to Fox News.
Among the other detainees released by the administration, another has ties to bin Laden and yet another was part of a Taliban insurgent squad known as the “Martyrs Brigade.”
Sadly, the releases come as no surprise. Obama administration officials have openly admitted that the president is trying to release as many prisoners as possible before the Republicans are able to legislatively shut down releases from the detention center.
“I think it’s fair to say (the president is) fully engaged in all things Guantanamo — transfers, dealing with the Senate and the House and the Hill, talking with the White House on a regular basis,” an unnamed source said, adding that Obama wants to go far beyond the 57 prisoners that he’s managed to clear for release already.
“He has also said that he wants to take a holistic approach,” the official said. “So he wants to focus on the 57 who are cleared for transfer, but he wants to see what we’re doing with the rest of those. So he’s thinking about all 122, not just the 57.”
Yes, that’s right — instead of facing the indignity of being told no by Congress, Obama would rather open the doors on every cell in Guantanamo Bay and send these terrorists back to the battlefield.
If that’s not treason, I’m not sure what is.
