Net Neutrality beginning to work, finally!

Will the long arm of the regime soon be hunting down people making sarcastic remarks now that we have net neutrality? That is good, right? Sarcasm should not be allowed as free speech. We should only allow speech that supports or is in favor of tyranny. We should only be able to think and say what the regime demands that we accept as good in their sick twisted opinions.

I believe I only read a "they should take" as opposed to "We should take" in that article. But that shouldn't matter should it? It wasn't even a veiled threat, just a sarcastic comment from someone who hates injustice. There aren't many of those around these days. But potus can call conservative citizens and legislators terrorists from his bully pulpit and that's OK, Isn't it?
Where are the demands for the addresses and names of those blacks that run around yelling, "Kill the cops" along with all those other threats to police on the Internet? How about all the incitement to kill whitey on the Internet? I haven't heard anything about those names being demanded from the regime. I must have been too busy reading about all the social injustice towards black felons who threatened or attacked white cops. Oh yeah. That crap is deemed acceptable by this regime of race baiting hate mongers.

I wonder how many blacks have been arrested for burning down Baltimore businesses? Or for that matter, how many blacks have been arrested for looting? I didn't see a single white face in all of the published looting and burning photographs taken in Baltimore. Burning and looting looked racially inclusive to me. White folks like free stuff too. (Just being factious)

Funny thing, but it appears to me as if almost all the outspoken black political figures appointed by our Racist in Chief appear to be hate mongers... go figure. They cry injustice all the while they are subverting justice. They have to keep us divided to steal our country from us. For the people by the people is dead. Just remember, although you have the right to freedom of speech you had better not use it in Islambamas America.

Wow. If the Secret Service Goes Through With This Plan for the Internet, We Could ALL Go to Jail

http://conservativetribune.com/secret-s ... -internet/

New reporting revealed that the Secret Service was looking to hire an Internet analysis company to build a “social analytics software tool” to detect when people are being sarcastic.

According to Secret Service spokesman Ed Donovan, the agency wants to be able to easily and quickly “filter” through the mountains of content on social media.

“We monitor news stories about the Secret Service, trends about the Secret Service, just like any other public affairs office would,” he told reporters.

However, not everyone is buying this excuse.

Lt. Col. Allen West believed this move by the Secret Service might be an attempt to “monitor us like the KGB” and target us for speaking mockingly about President Barack Obama.

Judging by the evidence, he could be onto something. There have been several instances in the past few years during which someone has been incarcerated for simply making a harmless joke about top government officials like President Obama.

In fact, according to The Hill, “threatening the life of the president or other top governmental figures carries a sentence of up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine.”

What really angered West the most, however, was that the Secret Service was wasting time and money trying to detect sarcasm, even as it avoids fixing its own “prostitution problems, DUI problems, and failure to keep dirt bags and various aircraft out of the White House perimeter.” (H/T Allen West)

The fact is, even human beings have trouble detecting sarcasm in written form. And the Secret Service thinks an algorithm can do it better?

Sounds like a brilliant plan.

Whoops … anybody mind lending me bail money?

ALERT: Obama Issues Gag Order to BAN Americans From Talking About Major Issue

http://conservativetribune.com/obama-issues-gag-order/

President Barack Obama and his accomplices in the federal government attempted to issue an ostensible “gag order” that would ban everyday Americans from talking about guns.

Obama’s administration reportedly wanted to retool the International Traffic in Arms Regulations to make it so that Americans must first obtain federal permission before they can share any sort of “technical data” about a firearm — think “blueprints, drawings, photographs, plans, instructions or documentation” — on the Internet.

The lobbying arm of the National Rifle Association accurately described this proposal as “a massive new prior restraint on free speech.”

“This is because all such releases (of technical data) would require the ‘authorization’ of the government before they occurred,” the NRA explained on its website. “The cumbersome and time-consuming process of obtaining such authorizations, moreover, would make online communication about certain technical aspects of firearms and ammunition essentially impossible.”

But that’s the point. Obama has failed at imposing direct gun control on Americans, so now he aspires to infringe on our right to merely talk about guns.

In fact, if the proposal becomes law, then Americans who share “technical data” about a firearm without first obtaining permission would face time in jail.

The good news is that the public, including you, has until August 3 to submit comments about this proposal. You can submit comments at regulations.gov or email the government directly at [email protected], though you must use the following subject line: “ITAR Amendment—Revisions to Definitions; Data Transmission and Storage.” (H/T Breitbart)

And we strongly urge you to do so.

Hopefully, we can stop this “gag order” from going into effect, though it will take every one of us contributing our voice to the debate.

Net nuetrality has nothing to do with so-called censorship. It's about allowing any content provider the same internet speeds for data transmission as anyone else without having to pay a premium to a provider to get full speed.

"Net nuetrality has nothing to do with so-called censorship." I thank you for correcting me. You are a good teacher.

Now please remove head from dark space between legs and read these articles written by those who actually have a clue as to what they are talking about. Clue number one: Regime legislation is usually given a title, that more often than not, means just the opposite of what it is named. That is how they fool the stupids.

Net neutrality is just another "You have to pass it to see what's in it" piece of open ended legislation. In fact that legislation is still open for whatever they wish to write into it.
ANYTHING that they wish to write into it, as it has already been passed with that goal in mind.

Say Goodbye To "Net Neutrality" – New FCC Proposal Will Permit Discrimination Of Web Content

http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2014-04-2 ... eb-content

Part of this article:

This is truly the American way of censorship. Figure out how those with the deepest pockets can smother the free speech of those with little or no voice on the one medium in which information flow is still treated equally. The nightmare scenario here would be that status quo companies use their funds to price out everyone else. It would kill innovation on the web before it starts. It’s just another example of the status quo attempting to build a moat around itself that we have already seen in so many other areas of the economy. The internet really is the last bastion of freedom and dynamism in the U.S. economy and this proposal could put that at serious risk. Oh, and to make matters worse, the current FCC is filled to the brim with revolving door industry lobbyists. More on this later.

Another good article And the statement below is not censorship??

"Among the examples of speech that should be banned, Sustein offered, is advocating that the theory of global warming is a deliberate fraud."

Net Neutrality -- Can We Trust the FCC Not to Censor the Internet?

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/rick-carn ... 09392.html

The Songwriter's Guild of America is not the only organization that is concerned about the idea of the FCC's protection of free speech on the internet. The EFF, a strong proponent of Net Neutrality, has also expressed concern: "While we're big fans of net neutrality, we worry that the FCC may want to build its net neutrality regulations on a rotten legal foundation,"Title I 'ancillary authority' which is both discredited and unbounded. As we've said before, if ancillary jurisdiction is enough for net neutrality regulations (something we might like) today, the FCC could just as easily invoke it tomorrow for any other Internet regulation that the commission dreams up (including things we won't like, like decency rules and copyright filtering)."

But can we really trust the FCC to 'forebear' authority to reach any further than the transport level? The history of the FCC is replete with examples of attempts to apply decency rules and censorship to content. Should we believe that 'this time it's different?' We already have groups like Free Press calling for the FCC to reach up into the content level of the Internet and take action against 'hate speech'.

(Let me make it clear that "hate speech" can be anything they decide to call "Hate speech" ) Regimes change what is and what is not "hate speech" all the time. Not hate speech today.... hate speech tomorrow.

You are also confused about your second statement. You will soon discover that Internet Providers can regulate prices and speeds for services.
"It's about allowing any content provider the same internet speeds for data transmission as anyone else without having to pay a premium to a provider to get full speed."

look, you're the same guy who just recently said he has no intention of reading any "left wing propaganda"..basically saying that you won't give a moment of your time to anything that doesn't support your already formed beliefs and conspiracy theories.....yet in typical hypocritical fashion you have the stones to ask anyone to read YOUR propaganda????

looks like YOU need to "remove your head from dark space between legs".
