EQ - dial out all the low and mid-low, shelf the high end, too. Or get a megaphone. Or pinch your nose while singing.

A megaphone would produce the "look" but you could simply cup your hands around your mouth and step back a little from the mic.

Make a paper megaphone and tape it around the mic with electrical tape. Did that for "I Hear You Knockin" years ago. Got the idea from an article about the Beatles, that's how they got the megaphone sound on Magical Mystery Tour. The intro line "Roll up for the magical mystery tour, step right this way. McCartney or Lenon got the idea to cut a hole in the bottom of a paper cup and drop the mic inside it. I've thought about doing Winchester Cathedral too, that's the method I'd use to get the same sound. Might help to pull some of the bass out too.
