Hi all, I manage a band out of New York called Sol Ardour. The band really wants to play in Pittsburgh, however, since they have no fanbase here (yet), I feel it would be best if they did a show with one or two local Pittsburgh bands. I'm looking to do the show sometime in May. I am looking at the venue called Mr. Roboto Project as we would not be required to sell tickets and it is hard to do so for a band with very little if no fanbase in the area. However, we may consider a venue that does require pre-sales if the number of tickets to be sold along with the price of them seem do-able.
P.S. Whatever it is worth, while the band resides in NY, I reside in Pittsburgh.
