How do you figure to get that done? There's a Boston radio station that has a blues program every Sunday from 9-11, and unless you're already well-known or playing locally, there is no chance of your CD getting played on the show. Radio stations that are not 100% commercial (ie the 'indie' stations) are inundated with hundreds of CDs every week - they go into a big box and never get looked at or played 99.999% of the time.

So you're saying that you have budgeted to pay a radio promoter? 5k is the minimum for any serious campaign, and that won't get you more than a few weeks.
