well to be honest that wasnt much to go on haha. but luckily my brain does this thing where i dont focus and my music writes itself. heres an idea. strummung- g chord, two beats. d chord two beats, and the c chord(instead of a minor) for 4 beats. " I send a postcard with your name on it. letters on a page, paint a picture of what im missing. and with your permission, id tell it all. if youd just listen." if you need more just let me know!! 8)

hey Josh had a quick question are the lyrics you wrote here go to the full length of your chord progression and do you have a chorus or is this the chorus. I just wanted to know if this was a verse or if this was the chorus so I maybe can help you out if I popossibly can. And is it in 4/4 TIME? like the G chord it is 1&2& then switches to the D chord for 3&4& completing the 1st bar in the measure then changing to C for 1 full 4/4 bar to complete the measure? Then repeats right? But do u know or have a certain number it repeats till the pre chorus or chorus kicks in?

Maybe you guys need to learn a little about online collaboration before 'writing songs' together.

To the OP: one set chord pattern for verse/prechorus/chorus is boring (and you can prove it by listening to some of the 'popular' music that makes it to the radio these days).

From what I understand you are wanting lyrics...it ends as a theme, made up of mini scenes (verses, chorus, bridge) that join into a storyline...if you provide some keywords to start off with, then maybe lyrics can be created from them...and then the tone (how hard or soft of the context of the lyrics)... :D
