I don't usually go to life in US, to avoid mucking up any MUSIC threads.
Lately I see I have too because the few are so busy mucking it up with insults. Same stuff here except a few feel they can do it with out any recognition.

What happened to you sounds like a total abuse of administrative (governmental) power. Recently a man took his 7 and 8 year old kids to an NYC park in Queens. He brought a NERF gun that they were firing at a tree. Some woman complained and he was arrested under a zero tolerance law. He is currently facing a year in jail. For a SPRING LOADED WEAPON... A NERF GUN.

I am sorry that we as the owners of a government have allowed such abuse against you. I don't have any details so I won't comment other than I only know you as generally good guy. Reading that thread I was also shocked that a few decided to try and give you a little kick in the pants.

That seems to be the biggest problem around here.

I doubt it will scar a you Capt... But all around that really s****!

Not one understands the importance of this. Otherwise some brave poster would have said something. Obviously it is more important for the moderators to censor us. HOWEVER...

His first amendment rights were trampled on through the use of trivial rules and regulations. SO WERE YOURS. He should be angry as heck. You should be angry as heck... But you are not.

Not one comment on the protections promised under the constitution.
News Flash... Does anyone here have any integrity left, to protect the most basic rights that you are allowed.

Not a lot of options these days in case you hadn't noticed. Not a lot of minds to be changed - everyone pretty much has their own opinion of things and yelling at them accomplishes zilch except to reinforce them in the opinion you don't approve.

Thanks for the input Brendan. It really is reaching the point where you can't get the truth out of any of the media. That includes Fox to CNN to local news 12.

Now let's get to the morons... Some guy started by setting up a suit of armor on a fence that happened to border a school yard. He started out shooting BBs and then 22s. @ 400 yards a 22 will still go through a 1/2 inch of maple.

The problem is the media focused on the BBs and when he was arrested, all the drugs that were involved. The question then becomes, was this truthfully reported? It was only mentioned that a 22 was fired. If it was true, that should be major reason to get people angry.

Anyway, Thanks for digging up some of the truth.
