Back in the day I worked as bouncer / chief of sec for the largest arcade in Hollywood. I had six armed guards plus myself. (big place)

I kept all the artillery way in the background not wanting to intimidate customers. I was tasked with clearing out the dope dealers, prostitutes and gang bangers. In my own way I did those things.

I didn't hassle people, it was simply my way or adios. There was a man paying me to keep it a place were folks could come in and not deal with a sleazy atmosphere.

Its called private enterprise.

Entrepreneurs define a business plan which includes identifying their target customer base. They have a right to keep the business environment attractive to that base. At BandMix they have seemed way tolerant to me but there are limits.

You want free speech you're a) probably a little late in extra-constitutional America; and b) the amendment is about forbidding government from censoring political discourse and free and open public discussion of pretty much anything. Key word is public.

Businesses can define the limits of speech and even forbid you to carry a firearm on their premises. Neither is a violation of Amendments 1 and 2.

As far as back to music, the only thing I can give you any positive help with... BRING THE VOCALS UP. Do not try to use weak vocals and covering them up by keeping them low. You have them buried in that first track of yours. Can't do that. Advice only. Doesn't mean we are gonna be swapping spit in a warm shower any time soon,(like never)

What if this "Willie" had posted those same words, but in a song, you know music? ( the thing this whole BandMix site is supposed to be about).

If the content, of whatever it was he/it/she was saying, were not just provocative prose, but provocative musical lyrics? Would that have put the Willie in or out?

This is the first I have ever heard of this "Willie" and honestly, the Willie seems relatively tame in comparison to the undertones of political tensions I can feel all the way up here in Canada.


As an impartial observer, to this Willie problem, I'd say there was nothing pornographic at all, sure maybe it was totally immature, but, it is the Willie in the end, who will suffer the tarnished reputation, for not keeping his mind off the pickles. I wouldn't give a nickels worth of thought to That Willie. If you don't like something, ignore it and it will get board, and go away.
