Hello fellow musicians. Recently purchased Shure's PSM200 in ear monitors. Thinking about encouraging the rest of the band to make the investment...just wondering if any of you have used these or other systems and how you found them to be.

Thanks!

Yes, that's what my tribute band used. You have to get used to them, of course as its way different than having wedges in front of you and the auto-compression feature on them (keeps your ears from getting blown out!) is something else to get used to.
For a band that is doing a lot of tight harmony work they excel. Or if you play in a really loud band the sound-blocking feature of decent earbuds makes it very worthwhile.
The beltpacks can be plugged in - power and signal - making for saved batteries during rehearsals and an easy way for drummers to hear clicktracks from an external device.
