Mike, is it possible (if allowed) for you to post a screenshot of the control and command center of your moderator toolkit.. I have often wondered what they look like as far as the layout is concerned.. I have never been asked to be a moderator , and I presume they transfer the code as a software program using FTP or something to get it installed on your computer? no big deal if it's not allowed by the management..

so are you saying, the whole post has to be deleted, or can you go in there and surgically remove certain offensive words and/or phrases, sentences deemed inappropriate in relation to the BM TOS ?.. why I ask is because offensive statements aimed at somebody should be removed, while other parts of the post might have value to boardies, and would serve no purpose being censored.. it's a fine line then between deletion and censorship..

I guess we can edit posts. But that's not what George and I agreed to do. We agreed to delete the spam messages and messages from occasional invading Mywilie-type trolls.

If you have problems with a particular forum member's name-calling or otther offensive postings, you can contact the administration (there's a link right at the top of the forum pages that says "Please report any forum spam or inappropriate posts HERE." When you do this, please include the link to the offensive post.
