I took my boys out into the middle of a lake in my canoe, they had their vests on and good swimmers. I said its time ya'll learned how to get back in. Stood up and rolled the boat. Man that was a blast. once they recovered from the surprise they righted her splased most the water out and got right back in. I was one proud redneck. I was laughin so hard they had to drag me over the gunwal.

Moving water can be darn tricky, Its no place for a beginner. Me and a bud of mine saw a whole oak tree rolling down the Sabine River on a coon hunt one winter. scared us pretty bad and we were upstream of it.
