'Fist time'??!! sounds like a sex video!

What do you mean "solo 10 set list" - do you mean 10 sets, or 10 songs?

If it's 10 songs, know your tunes, have the set list in fornt of you so you don't start saying 'umm, what's next?' Have alternate tunes prepared so you can play the kind of songs the audience wants to hear. Have a ocuple of extra songs ready in case they shout 'more' when you're done.
Enjoy yourself - if you are not getting paid, it's either for YOU or to get a paying gig, right?

sorry meant 10 songs, a bit of this and that, have a keyboard player and me on guitar. Thanks, yes have the list all in order ready to go, all in order. I was also thinking about having a computer monitor in front with the words / music (just in case) with a foot controlled mouse button. Any way its mainly for fun and trying to get something differnet going in the near future.

If its just a 10 song 'try out' to get a paying gig, try to do it without any lyric sheets or laptop/ipad helper - KNOW the songs. If its all for fun, do whateve ris needed, but try to minimize how much equipment you have to bring and set up.

Unless we are just horrid as musicians, if we have fun, it will be contagious !
