I remember walking outside in a hurricane, whoo, that was f*cking crazy. I walked across an outdoor hallway to go to my grandfathers apartment, the trees were bent to the ground, and I remember the door kept flying open, and then the circuit breaker exploded when I got back to my apartment. It was crazy, then we were in a hotel in another one, that one was also f*cked up... I remember the winds were slamming these upper shutters on the hotels roof up and down - noting this hotel was a real big indoor hotel, with the rooms overlooking a dining area (Hard to describe). So yeah, it was weird... Man, I have a ton of stories from those hurricanes. I used to have pictures, but I think I lost them by now, lol.

As for Sansouheil being a grandfather, that rocks. I am happy for him. He is probable very happy.

Peace out, GuitarAnatomy.

Funny how times change. We uesd to walk in the eye of hurricanes with my father when I was a kid in Corpus Christi . We could see the off side storm wall comming and just saunter back home. These days I'd have to pack my crap and get me the H outa there. ZOOM.

There's nothing wrong with projection. I had a 52" RCA projection TV for 17 years, when it died I bought a Toshiba 65" 1080p DLP projection TV. The picture is amazing, and you can't beat the value (it was $2000).

That's a good price Jim, on the side I repair projection screen tv's.

If yours works well, talk nice to it, buy it dinner and hope she doesn't do anything drastic. lol

What your calling projection, is that a plasmia ??

We looked at diffrent ones i thought that it was a toss up between the plasmia LDC except for the glare that plasmia had because of the glass on the frontof it.

WE just want to make the right dissision they are alot of freakin money..

Projection is different from Plasma.

Either of the 2 you looked at should be fine, Needle.

Look at the reviews and pic the one you like the look of IN THE STORE.

Always check them out in the STORE. Look at the clarity of the picture.

Then make a choice.

Frig the T.V. Stack. There isn't anything worth watching anyway so save your money and buy a new computer or a Harley or a canoe or something useful! Anyways, T.V. watchin' will make ya fat and degrade your drum playin'.

I love my canoe, Me and my sons have more fun with this thing than we ever did with TV. The first time we took her out was a local lake, we crused around a bend past some cattails and there behind a van hidden from view (they thought) were two (fine) chicks changen clothes. I yelled out "good morning ladies" oh crap that was funny, naked chicks scramblin like the morning eggs. Ha Ha. It was priceless.
