I agree with Slacker on this - maybe that lead guy is you? You have motivation and discipline. Maybe grab a rhythm guitarist (with no particular urgency) simply because as the specops guys say, "two is one."

The boyz have tremendous faith in the speed that I learn, if not in the way I play. LOL

Update:

Just received notice that a truly gifted guitarist, learning of our open slot asked to be a part of the project.
It had not been 72 hrs after the resignation of our fifth member.

Audition pending.
