When my brother was murdered I preached his Eulogy. I reminded his many friends and what's left of our family to beware of anger. It in no way harms your enemies so the only possible victim of it will be you.

People are human and yep, humans screw up sometimes. We have emergency service available as well and a few take advantage of it every year. I give people a choice and let them decide how bad they really need it.

"Our regular rate is $120/hr and our emergency after hours rate is $240/hr, 2hr minimum paid in advance. I can have a tech out there by 7pm tonight if you like for $480 or if you can wait til Monday it will be $120. How would you like me to schedule this? Will this be Visa or Mastercard?"

If they really need it now I charge their credit card, call in a service tech and pay him doubletime 2 hr min. It's a win-win for everyone.
