We would like to hear some feedback on the new tunes www.bandmix.com/felicity-chicane

Felicity Chicane, welcome to Band Mix and now here are my opinions on your music:

Vibe: This is a fascinating piece, I love the melodic feel about it, as well as the dark tone it possesses, there is nothing I can personally think of to correct this tune. I even like the solo you have in there. All and all, this is a nicely done piece if you ask me.

Dusk: This piece, like "Vibe," has a dark feel to it, which I like a lot. I like dark music, so this is definitely in my style. The guitars sound great in this song, you guys did an awesome job on this.

Get Up: Okay, I will be honest, this is not my type of song - the vocals you hear in the beginning are very choppy sounding. The song seems to have a funk thing going on, and has fairly good flow, but the bass does sound a bit strange, the picking may be too heavy, and the distortion or crunch that is being used on it sounds too strong - I would go for maybe a bit cleaner sound personally. I am no expert, so take that as an opinion of a basic listener.

All and all, you guys got talent there. I like your sound, keep on writing!

Vibe & Dusk: They seem to follow the same formula, but I like the dark feel of them. Dramatic, I like stuff like that.

Get Up: I'm a metal guy but I really love that riff, killer groove. The building synth/choral melody was tits!

Overall, the recordings are clean and very sterile, but that might be what you're going for. I like a more open "live" feel to studio recording, not as dead and isolated, that's just me tho - don't take it as negative.

Vibe: she's ok, at first Ikinda was wondering what kinda feel you were going for. I did like the lead guitar line thats the kind of feel I've been working for in my transition from rhythm guitar to a lead player.

Dusk: yes It is very simular in feel at initiation to our song "Rain" however "Rain" only rocks up a few bars at the end. Nicely done.
We could have "Rain at Dusk" It does that a lot here in East Texas anyway.

Get up: I love that one, it has a Funk/Rock flavor, woke up my cat banging around on the computer desk to that tune. Rally interested to see what the final product will sound like.

The first two are different from lot's of thing's that i am used to. But i can feal like more distortion "crunch" guitar in some spot's to liven it up abit but still keep the dark feel that your going for.

The last one i could relate to very well. Keep on right'in
