Hi.

I posted recently 'I'll listen to yours, if you listen to mine'
I've had 30 odd hits ,but no comments. I'm not sure if i understand how Bandmix works. Do you need to be a premier member to reply? No responses to this will confim. Could be that eveyone thinks my stuff stinks, of course.

Cheers

Simon

If you mean comments on soundcloud, I think you have to be signed up there to comment.
here on Bandmix only premier (paying) members can send messages, but I do remember seeing a couple of comments on your original post, maybe in the 'general chat' area?

Some of the comments you might get might not be the ones your looking for.

Be happy you got what you got. Worse things comes to those who beg.

How would you feel if I begged you to listen to something I wrote for the purpose of getting more hits? (I never will)
Evidently that wouldn't bother you at all, I am guessing.
(I'd personally hate it though, knowing that the hits are at best, prompted.)(That's cheating to me.)

It reminds me loosely of people that are buying hits for their You Tube accounts. It all good on paper and on the hits counter, but when you go to play your show and no one shows up, how will that work out for you?>

I'd bet that it wouldn't be a good experience.

And maybe I just found the malcontent...if that's what reported me, all I can do is giggle wildly.

Wow, do you have some growing to do... If you think that's bad, just wait till you hit a bar on a bad night. They actually throw stuff, like bottles and ashtrays. lol The places with the chicken wire, they actually exist.

Your best bet at that point is to duck and cover.

I made the mistake of smacking someone with a beer mug and it only cost me 400$ and community service. (I could have handled the fine, but I rolled wet canvas fire hose and that wasn't fun, nor educational.)

Grow a thick skin, jr. You'll need it if you want to continue in this arena.

Performance is not for the weak of mind, it will make you doubt yourself and can cause illusions of grandeur. (get out your dictionary, jr)
