Hey Dane how's that open mic at Big Mommas, luv to hear ur stuff is it on your bm page? You know I'm pretty committed as a guitar player to this current band, u know lots of screaming lead guitar, but I like it, and I've played out as a bass player, and I could have all the work I wanted there, but it's not my thing. You know I'm looking to do something as a piano player, I've got a top piano setup now and can push oit as loud as u want, my piano playing skills are unreal, would love to do a jazzy softer set and play piano. I've been on another buying spree my house runneth over with music equipment, think about the Taylor 214ce this weekend at guitar center with my 15% off coupon, I been selling junk and buying music equipment, I', ate up with this music. How's ur buddy Morris, see Jeff Stockton pretty regularly, he's smoking cigs, Morris must have got him doing that, I asked him what the fuk are u doing smoking cigs, he said he was stupid, and I thought I already know this. Hell Dane I'll email u soon.

Morris was trying to get me to buy his PA system, he pleaded with me to buy it 30 cents on the dollar, I didn't cause I did not trust him it was functioning 100% plus a hard sell, PA gear does not exactly fly off the shelf, real slow seller.. I forget who was there female wise when we last jammed there, but he run into having his girlfriend stolen by the bass player and I guess they (Morris's girlfriend and bass player won't say his name) tried to kill him with a baseball bat to steal all his stuff and vamoose to Calif with him unconscious on the bathroom floor.. they cold cocked him or so he said, don't really know if they run off with much of his stuff if any, for all I know he was trying to set me up with a baseball bat over the head when I stepped inside? scary, later ph. call a day or so later, he was begging me to drive my pickup down to his place with a load of merchandise (out of my barn) to get him started selling on ebay , (on shares) but after what he did to me I wa real leery, just had this premonition about getting the crap beat out of me and property stolen, it just did not feel right..

God provides us with what I call 'spidey sense.' If it feels wrong - it is wrong.

I told my team leader once, that I had a feeling we were being watched. His reply - "Everyone down, now!"

Folks who want to live a long time pay attention to those feelings.

ps the sniper who had me in his telescopic sight was captured later that day and admitted he planned to shoot the MG gunner (me) but was afraid he'd miss.

Hey Jahva how r u, music is my passion, I play it, study it, read it daily, one day I'll learn how to play, how's ur music going? Las I remember u had a song on that was themed similar as a song I had written, us old guys write music from a different perspective, when I was young I wrote songs like "I Almost Od'ed Today", now I'm writing songs titled "Lifetime", which was themed similar to ur song. Things are looking good for the future, musically that is, and fuk the rest.

Dane so Morris has gone crazy, are all drummers crazy? That kid Matt Baker at guitar center, was running the board at a studio ijn Spfld I was playing in, owned by a drummer, and I asked him if all drummers were crazy his answer "In fact, all drummers are crazy. I might be interested in some of Morris's gear, if he's still wanting to sell, but I think I'll bring my little friend if I go see him. I'd love to c or hear some of ur music, and if u had it wrote in standard notation, I would love to read it. I've played in so many bands this year and in almost 95 % of them the players have bragged about how they don't practice, or don't want to come off overrehearsed, I say BS to them I am so far overehearsed and well practiced that I have to play to their level, the current guitar player in my group is the exception, we just haven't found a bass player that will work for us, we've got a no 1 drummer and at least 3 backups in reserve. Ideally I'd like to have a guitar player that plays bass and me and him could split time up on playing the bass, and maybe work some piano in so we could move around from instrument, that's one thing I liked about Morris he was a good drummer and he gotta up and played guitar and sang. Guess I should have just emailed u. 1st mistake I ever made.

Jahava good to hear from u I'll have to get to ur bm page to listen to some of your music. I'm fixing to build my bm page backup with lots of tunes on my player, and lots of videos, and lots of typed word. Going to pay the management at bm so I can email local musicians off of bm, tired of fuykking with the musicians on craigslist, but I've got a big article coming out next month on my experiences on craigslist. To craigslists credit I have met and started networking with other band leaders in the area, who ask about my experinces on craigslist, the consensus is cls sucks.

have not heard from Morris in a long time, he wanted me to take him under my wing, to get him started as a re-seller on ebay..it is a skill you can not acquire overnight (knowing values of a wide array of "used"items) and I'm still learning from the high rollers! LOL..Morris did not need me for months until he needed my skills to help bail him out of another hole he dug himself into.. yes, I'd say he's crazy..
