They say that very often that it's the plain item that is recreated into a different type of something that it wasn't originally intended for that becomes something new.

Maybe an audio based jammer that affects a UNIX box?
(It initializes but won't communicate and sucks up all available resources.)

I've had my fair share of internet stalkers.. Most recently I've had girls who are obsessed fans of my ex-boyfriends band (he's "famous" amoung 12-16 year old suicidal emo girls) bothering me.
One of his fans really stands out in particular.. She seemed harmless enough.. She would tell me stuff like she'd seen me at some of my ex's shows and when my ex & i had attended another bands show, and that she had been to nervous to come up and say hi to me... Then like a week or two after my ex & I broke up, this girl messages me on Facebook telling me she had downed 90 muscle relaxants right after I had confided in her(i was really down and what not) that I was worried that I could be pregnant(thank god it turned out I wasn't)...I was able to find her parents phone number through facebooth sleuthing and 411 and for some reason everytime i tried calling they'd "hang up"...
Then a few weeks later I received a set anonymous and very very sexually descriptive lesbian love letters on tumblr, which i'm 99% sure are from the same girl, as the annon said where they lived, age, and that along with the writing style matched the other girl. Not to mention the other girl had previously admitted to sending me an annon message on tumblr saying "most girls are jealous of you getting to be with ryan, but i'm jealous of ryan getting to be with you."
Then like two weeks after that I was at a concert and the girl showed up and came up to me (out of 20,000 people in the venue she found me. 0_o), and when I asked her which of the bands on the bill she was there to see, she admitted to not liking any of them. I hadn't told my friend who was with about this girl, but my friend noticed prior to her coming up that this girl was randomly staring at me and talking to people and pointing and acting nervous and stuff (i hadn't noticed or known she was there).. Later on in the night when my friend and I were on the otherside of the venue she popped up again and was just like bizarre to us. X_x
Thankfully I think she's lost interest in me, now that she realizes 1. I'm not a lesbian 2. not getting back together with my ex-boyfriend 3. that my ex-boyfriend is probably going to get kicked out of his band 4. Her and this other little fan girl are now in a committed relationship.

Sorry for your stalker issues, but if you dress/look like a slut, that's going to happen. Not that that is a bad thng, just its what's going to happen!

Hey, no offence, I didn't say you WERE a slut, but appearances are everything (always have been). People assume things based on what you look like. Take it from someone who cut his almost-waist-length hair by 2 feet to get a job.

I'm lucky to work for a pretty radical outfit. I told my boss last week that I was slimming my waist and growing my hair down to meet it. I knew he didn't give a sh*t about that sort of thing.

He gave me a really dirty look (I'd forgotten that he is bald and overweight) and told me to let him know if it works.
