Glenny, run for office or take the politics outside.

You an armchair Quarterback too?

I never can understand why people want to argue something that they really refuse to be involved with.

I mean, if it's all that and a ham sandwich to you, why not run for some kind of office so you can do more than bitch about it?

I.E. I'd rather play music than talk about it.
And it's a fact that politics are infinitely less interesting and much less fun.

sorry Ahab. i understand that trying to be annoying has become an obsession for you and is now the only reason you come to this site....it's the only thing you contribute to the board.

and knowing how important that is to you, and how you like to congratulate yourself on your "success" ....it's sad just how pathetically inept you are at it.

i'm glad to give you a purpose in life and something to devote your time to... but please reconsider my previous advice lest you become even more of a caricature of yourself than you've already become.

3. maybe even START a thread that has something to do w music. when was the last time ya did that?

4. resist the temptation to continually scream how "FUUCKED UP" you are.

there ya go....now, next time you sign on, get busy putting up something that shows you ain't completely obsessed and monomaniacal.

Scott I am sorry you feel that way, but politics influences every thing from the government going after the Gibson company for "ILLEGAL" rosewood to Fender strings being assembled in Mexico. Mesa Boogie amps are my favorite. They are expensive because they are dealing with all the high cost of political expansion of regulation and taxation. Any one that buys one of their amps is paying all the hidden taxes imposed on the Mesa company just for operating in America. This is Mesa's choice against OUTSOURCING and keeping American workers employed.
OK. I notice the website for the ACA was outsourced to a Canadian company that has created a major problem. This was actually corporate cronyism at it's finest. The owner is good friends with our presidents wife.

Scott if politics pisses you off that much... Please don't read it. Keep your self in your own little safe world and pretend it is not important. I am very active in going after politicians that don't give a care about you or me or anyone but their own political, job saving , interests. Notice I included many musical things in this reply.

I just posted a bunch of reasonable points. You totally ignored them...

And YOU launched into another group of personal attacks. Read your post.

You are a fuucking bully. Look what you did when you went after Crip.

Well the bottom line is that whatever you attack me on it is just coming from a bully mentality.

Instead of answering any reasonable questions, you have campaigned a liturgy of personal attacks at any one that questions your status.
Instead of debating, you attack personally.

You are a FUUUCKING BULLY.

The gloves are off. Since you don't seem to have any valid political comments, and since you just go out of your way to insult people, and since you seem incapable of giving anyone an ASS WHOOPING...

My little commie boy... Let the fun begin. (now you got me really scared)

Maybe you should take up a musical instrument to calm your deep inner hostilities. Just a suggestion.

By the way I loved that last musical post you put up. You have some very self righteous vulgar jokes. DRs appointment.

Yeah, very musical.

You are so blind, that you can't see the trail of bullshiit you leave all over the place!

I have a used xylophone, you want me to send it to you so you can begin some therapy?

BULLY!

Sorry Capt. This is not about politics!!!

This is about a major assshole that believes his shiit doesn't stink.

I hope he has a gun... and I hope he takes a shot at me.

Rock n roll .. that's what I say. I love how the Obama and politics stuff just blends right into the Band Mix agenda.

Glen

Scott is right on. We all get this sh*t - don't mistake the fact that we don't want to talk about it all the time to not understanding that things are in the toilet. Those on the left tend to agree but for different reasons. It's going to come down however God wills. May not be pleasant.

However, today, Saturday - can be pleasant. There is no stopping this historical steamroller you fuss about - but why should we let it sour this day where we can still enjoy ourselves? I'm a very ruthless man and proven warrior - but big deal eh? I only use that when I need it and don't want to talk about it much - ultimately that is where politics leads and I'm not too thrilled about it. I don't need to be told I'm clueless or a pu**y because I don't want to talk about this stuff.

Nor do I wish to say mean things to people who don't agree with me.

I'd rather talk music - I love it when guys get going on about their gigs, or demonstrate some interesting scale. I'm happy to offer advice to young players and swap tips with the older guys.

I'm making some decisions about my own musical future and welcome all the input I get from posters - knowledge is power. Glen you are a good player - I could probably learn some stuff from you. Just don't care about politics.

Mike, are you and Scott afraid of incurring the wrath of this guy?

That's what I'm seeing.

Does anyone remember HAYDEN? He said something that was filled with truth about 4 years ago.

"If you put your head in the sand, you leave your butt in the air".

That wasn't the exact words he used but I tried to say it nicer.

Like I said this is actually not about politics... This is about a bully.

If you guys want to avoid any politics then just don't read get involved. That will make you a regular average law abiding citizen that will comply with any law that infringes on your right to the freedoms you were promised.

If you and Scott wish to sanction a bully known as YOUR government...
Good luck.

I haven't any problems with what Glen says. Someone needs to let people know the truth as it becomes known about the dealings of this tyrannical treacherous regime .

Who knows, perhaps something that he says will resonate with someone deceived by this bunch of godless radicals ruining the country and wake up in time to prepare for the coming disaster.

There is no reason for anyone to read posts that they don't like let alone take the time to respond to them. That's simply a lack of self control.

Tell the watchmen to be still and the people will perish. It is like gouging out your eyes because you do not like what you see.

If you think our not wanting to pollute bandmix with all that political bullshit is some form of cowardice - than think whatever you like. You seem to have trouble connecting logic streams.

a couple of fun greek scales:

Hijaz G Ab B C D Eb F G

Hijazskiar G Ab B C D Eb F# G

perhaps vinnie will chime in w some more interesting scales. something tells me he has an encyclopedic knowledge of 'em.

Thanks for the vote of confidence. It appears that many have simply accepted all that is wrong. I especially like your part about, there is no reason. I have stated time and again I will not post anything political in LIFE IN THE US. I have kept my word. I have even posted some musically oriented comments, there. Go figure. Good to hear from you Slacker...

LOVE YOUR PLAYING... And you still have all your hair... COOL!!!!!

Mike I am a little surprised with the last part of that post. Maybe I connect the logic streams so well that it just goes whooosh... over every ones heads.

Please don't read my posts anymore. I thought you were cool, but that was a dig in a very offhanded manner.

Wait till you see what I write next. My good friend is trying a very lame attempt to show what a good guy he is by posting something musical.

You missed the points about Gibson And Fender And Mesa. If you don't like what I write... And I have kept my promise to NOT POLLUTE life in the US with politics... DON'T READ THEM!
