"regular rants"? Not sure where you got that from. This is only your 3rd post in this forum and all of them are praising this same Music Mill place, so I guess you are affiliated with them!
What this place is doing is basically SPAMMING this forum. SPAM = constant advertising in multiple locations wihtout paying to advertise.
I have never visited one of these locations myself. But I did read reviews from others complaining about them when I was searching around for a practice place for my band last year.
