My good buddy has a govt job and even HE says he has it made.
They don't do much work.
They paid very well.
They have EVERY holiday known to man off.
Their bene's are second to none, let's not even talk 401K. It's just repulsive.

Nah the guy I am talking about works in a govt office, more than that I don't want to elude to cause they will fire his ass. You know how it goes, if the whole she bang is sitting around the water cooler drinking water and eating doughnuts, sometime in the next decade someone should figure out that they are dogging it hard.

The military are the folks who have to do the tough stuff and get almost no gratitude or consideration. (get out while you still can walk)

But I'll tell you that I'd rather be in the field on point than riding a f**k desk any day. Then really the worst thing you have to worry about is some wet behind the ears scooby who is calling in tac air on his own troops or a president that is so afraid someone will find out about the black ops that they have the whole team killed to cover up what they don't want anyone to know.

AW, Mark it makes me sadder that so many people believe that as long as the government keeps PRINTING money there will be enough for everyone to get a government job.

Even sadder is the fact that we have become a society that despises the wealthy instead of opening the door and encourage and allow the poorest the opportunity to become wealthy. Sad but that is what America used to be about.

as I recall Starfish, when I thought maybe I'd pursue a Federal Job at Eglin AFB after getting out of the Air Force, the jobs were fairly hard to come by.. they had ranking system too.. I was an E-4 and think a Fed employee started at W-1? after finding out about they had ranks similar to military I decided against trying to become a Fed worker.. could have been the dumbest thing I ever did though.. but a lot of lifers in the military do become zombie-like.. it's in the nature of the beast how it's set up.. ZOMBIES (sometimes comes with the territory LOL)

I already have great medical insurance but if I can snag be a decent PLATINUM plan cheap ? are these things tradeable on the open market?

Can you show me where Jesus ever addressed corporations? If not, then how can you poise that question to Hailey? And the poor were not a conglomerate, they were individuals, some righteous, some unrighteous. To believe otherwise would be so very foolish. Jesus came to save individuals, both rich and poor. So if you are saved and you come from poverty to wealth are you then evil somehow? If your company grows into a corporation, does that somehow make a righteous man unrighteous? Solomon was exceedingly wealthy, as was David and many other righteous in the Bible, not excluding Abraham. Yet David was a man after Gods own heart.

But you are entitled to your opinion as I am mine. I believe Jesus was speaking of those poor in spirit. And that includes the wealthy that God has chosen as well as the poor that God has chosen for salvation.

So many people DO not understand the basic laws of money. Maybe that is one of the reasons for so many GREEDY POOR PEOPLE.

I have always held the belief that a person MUST, EARN SOME, SPEND SOME, SAVE SOME, and most important, SHARE SOME.

Why do I say it this way? Earn some, gives you self value. Spend some is the best way to have a strong economic exchange. Save some is the best way to protect against economic downturn. Share some, to prove you understand Gods basic principle of money.

A great deal of this liberal crap to rule the country outside of the will of the people dates as far back as Woodrow Wilson. Progressive have been trying to steal your rights as citizens for decades. Now they are at the brink of succeeding.
