Good points Craig and Paul. Avril,s music (at least what I've heard of it) wouldn't compel me to run out and lay down good money for a CD unless I was buying it for my granddaughter. None the less, she's a good performer and, as pointed out, her songs are well crafted. Avril dos sound like every one else in her genre.
Jeska Hoop, now that's another story. Her songs are creative , her style of singing and composition are her own, and her debut album "Kismet" is worth every cent of the price of a CD, (if you can find it).
