Capt the thing Im liking about GC is I can go get a pedal or whatever play on it at home for a couple of days and if I dont like it jsut take it back and try something else, thats my issue making a major purchase decision in the store and then regretting it when I get home on my rig.

Friday I picked up my Ibanez, I let the guys there set it up, cause Im playing in E flat these days, and man it plays like a dream, Im still jonesin for that damn EVH guitar, or the Iron Maiden Strat, decisions decisions..............................................................

Just remember that the guitar does not make the man.

You know already, I am sure.

The man stills plays the guitar and even crappy guitars can be well played by people that can "bring it" on any given Sunday..

I give that a less than 10%+ on any performance, so pricey stuff isn't for me because it's not cost effective.

I was looking at a Fender Custom Shop guitar, nice guitar but worth 1600$?
Eh, no thank you...I'd rather spend my $ elsewhere in the chain of things to get a better sound.

But you know that every situation is individual, so what's good for me may not be right for you and vice versa....

I do like the option of taking stuff back to GC, but around here our GC's are very screwed up. They do some weird ass stuff and charge an extra 50% on some items. That kind of thing is hard to ignore.
